A healthy body, mind and soul? Why is it so important? Well, the greatest benefit you can get from having this is that, on your own, you will manage to be truly happy.

But that sounds a little absurd doesn’t it? A little impossible even, especially with all the schoolwork needed to be done, expectations needed to be met, and not to mention the things that you really want to do and goals you want to achieve. But trust me, it’s not that hard at all, you just need some determination and patience because it all takes time.

Your body, mind and soul are all connected with each other and doing one thing can help improve all three. Keeping your body healthy might be the most tiring physically but compared to the two, it is the easiest. I’m sure that you all already know to keep eating healthy, sleep more and play sports. But are you really practising it? And I know that we are all teenagers trying to save money without jobs, so you skip meals. But I really do suggest investing just a little money to your lunch every day because it will do more than just keep you full, it can improve your mood and keep you going through the day. Exercising can also help you relax and keep your mood up for the whole day.

Having a healthy mind and soul can be very hard for us teenagers especially with all the insecurities and internal battles, but I just want to tell you to relax because everything will turn out just fine. Feed your mind, keep reading and learning because how can it hurt? It will also keep your brain from degenerating. Listen to music and keep breathing, keep yourself relaxed and calm. Never listen to those who try to bring you down, just look around you and be grateful for everything that you have, instead of focusing on those that aren’t there. The key point to a good mind and soul is to take really good care of yourself and treat yourself like a princess or a prince because you deserve it.

You will need patience for this because it takes some getting used to. I know I did. I was having a really hard time until I started to take good care of myself and I became happier than I have ever been.
